175 Personel Pasukan Garuda Peringati HUT Ke-72 TNI di Kongo
Betawipost co.id (Pen Konga XX-N/Monusco. Sabtu, 7 Oktober 2017). Sebanyak 175 personel Pasukan Garuda yang tergabung dalam Satuan Tugas Kompi Zeni (Satgas Kizi) TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco (Mission De L Organesation Des Nations Unies Pour La Stabilization en Republique Demokratique du Congo) menggelar upacara Peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017, di Base Camp Indo Eng Coy, Bumi Nusantara, Haut-Uele District, Kota Dungu, Republik Demokratik Kongo, Afrika Tengah, Kamis 5 Oktober 2017. Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara yaitu Komandan Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco Letkol Czi Nur Alam Sucipto, S.Sos.
Dalam upacara Peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017 di Kongo, Komandan Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco Letkol Czi Nur Alam Sucipto, S.Sos. membacakan amanat tertulis Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo, yang mengatakan bahwa penyelenggaraan HUT TNI ini pada hakekatnya merupakan salah satu bentuk laporan pertanggungjawaban TNI kepada rakyat atas pembangunan kekuatan TNI yang telah dan sedang dilaksanakan, khususnya pada tahun anggaran 2017. Oleh karena itu, tema pokok pada kegiatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017 ini mengambil tema “Bersama Rakyat TNI Kuat.
Dalam amanat tertulisnya, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo juga menyampaikan bahwa kekuatan TNI yang bersandar kepada rakyat, merupakan bentuk aplikasi pertahanan semesta yang melibatkan seluruh potensi bangsa untuk turut serta bela negara. “Kedekatan dan kebesamaan TNI-Rakyat adalah inti dan pusat kekuatan (centre of gravity) dari Sistem Pertahanan Semesta yang kita anut,” tegasnya.
Lebih lanjut Panglima TNI mengatakan bahwa Indonesia akan terus menghadirkan TNI pada penyelesaian konflik internasional di bawah bendera PBB. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas luar negeri, prajurit TNI yang tergabung dalam Pasukan Perdamaian PBB berhasil karena dapat berbaur dan diterima kebeadaannya oleh masyarakat setempat. “Hal ini menandakan bahwa keberadaan prajurit TNI selalu mendapat hati di lingkungan masyarakat sekitarnya, karena TNI selalu menjunjung tinggi kearifan lokal di manapun prajurit TNI berada,” ungkapnya.
Di akhir amanatnya, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo menyatakan bahwa dalam rangka peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017, marilah kita mendekatkan diri dan memohon kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, semoga kita semua senantiasa dalam lindunganNya serta mendapatkan limpahan kesehatan dan kekuatan guna melanjutkan tugas dan pengabdian terbaik kepada masyarakat, bangsa dan negara yang sangat-sangat kita cintai bersama.
Upacara Peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017 yang dilaksanakan oleh personel Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco, dapat berjalan dengan Khidmat dan penuh semangat walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya diselenggarakan secara sederhana. “Kepada seluruh personel Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco agar bisa mengambil makna pada peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI”, kata Komandan Satgas Kizi TNI Letkol Czi Nur Alam Sucipto, S.Sos.
Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco beranggotakan 175 Prajurit TNI dari ketiga angkatan (150 personel TNI AD, 19 personel TNI AL dan 6 personel TNI AU) sebagian besar berasal dari Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW dan Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 12/KJ yang berdomisili di Jakarta dan Palembang. Satgas ini dipimpin oleh Letkol Czi Nur Alam Sucipto, S.Sos sebagai Komandan Satgas (abituren Akademi Militer tahun 2000) yang kesehariannya menjabat sebagai Komandan Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW, di Matraman, Jakarta Timur.
Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya, Pasukan Indonesia ditempatkan di tiga UN Camp, yaitu COB Dungu, TOB Tadu dan TOB Demu. Selain bertugas menjadi pasukan penjaga perdamaian Satgas Kizi TNI Konga XX-N/Monusco juga melaksanakan kegiatan CIMIC (Civil Military Coordination) diantaranya, bantuan pelayanan kesehatan, pemberian bantuan kepada masyarakat, anjangsana, rehabilitasi jembatan/jalan, dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan sebagai sarana diplomasi, sehingga keberadaan personel Satgas Kontingen Garuda dapat diterima oleh masyarakat lokal di Republik Demokratik Kongo.
