Gubernur DKI Melarang Ormas Meminta THR
Betawipost.co.id.Jakarta- Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan meminta warga DKI agar melapor jika menilai ada pelanggaran hukum dalam kegiatan ormas yang meminta tunjangan hari raya (THR).
“Apabila dirasa ada pelanggaran hukum, laporkan kepada penegak hukum, bila merasa ada tindakan yang melanggar hukum laporkan,” kata Anies di Jakarta Pusat, Sabtu (26/5/2018).
Anies meminta masyarakat tak khawatir ada ormas yang meminta THR. Ia yakin penegak hukum akan menanganinya bila ada hukum yang dilanggar.
“Jadi menurut saya juga simpel, jadi kita tidak terlalu khawatir apakah pribadi, apakah siapa pun bila melakukan tindakan yang menurutnya melanggar hukum, laporkan saja, laporkan saja. Ada penegak hukum,” ujar dia.
Sebelumnya, beredar foto surat berkop Forum Betawi Rempug G.021 Kelapa Gading tersebar di media sosial melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Dalam surat itu, tertulis bahwa FBR meminta uang THR.
“Kami pengurus FBR G.021 beserta anggota sangat mengharapkan kepada Bapak/Ibu/Saudara/i atas kebijaksanaannya dalam hal memberikan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) Idul Fitri 1439 H,” tulis surat tersebut.
Terkait beredarnya surat ini, Koordinator Wilayah FBR Jakarta Utara Yusriah Dzinnun menyatakan, pihaknya tidak mengetahui ada anggotanya yang mengeluarkan surat tersebut.
“Tidak ada sama sekali ya, saya sih tidak pernah mengeluarkan surat. Sampai saat ini saya belum paham ya, nanti saya coba tanya ke anggota,” kata Yusriah saat dihubungi Kompas.com, Sabtu (26/5/2018).
Yusriah mengatakan, FBR juga tidak pernah menginstruksikan anggotanya untuk menarik THR dari warga atau perusahaan di sekitarnya.
