Kapuspen TNI Pimpin Sertijab Tiga Kepala BidangPenerangan
Betawipost.co.id (Puspen TNI). Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) TNI Mayjen TNI Wuryanto, S.Sos., M.Si memimpin Serah Terima Jabatan (Sertijab) tiga Kepala Bidang di lingkungan Puspen TNI, bertempat di Balai Wartawan Puspen TNI, Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Kamis(9/11/2017).
Kapuspen TNI Mayjen TNI Wuryanto dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa pergantian jabatan dalam suatu organisasi adalah suatu hal yang wajar danbiasa terjadi di organisasi Puspen TNI. “Pergantian ini bertujuan untuk penyegaran terhadap suatu organisasi sekaligus perputaran regenerasi, dan untuk dapat menjawab hakekat tantangan tugas yang dihadapi oleh Puspen TNI pada saat ini dan ke depan yang semakin kompleks,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut Mayjen TNI Wuryanto menegaskan bahwa serah terima jabatan para Kepala Bidang, merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk membangun Puspen TNI ke depan menjadi lebih baik, profesional dalam mendukung tugas pokok. Disamping itu juga untuk mempertahankan opini masyarakat terhadap institusi TNI semakin baik dan positif, sehingga tingkat kepercayaan publik terhadap TNI semakin meningkat.
“Saya yakin dengan latar belakang penugasan selama ini, riwayat jabatan, dan pengalaman-pengalaman yang lain, memungkinkan para pejabat baru Puspen TNI dapat mengawaki sesuai bidangnya masing-masing menjadi lebih baik dan lebih maju, seperti apa yang diharapkan,” kata Mayjen TNI Wuryanto.
Kapuspen TNI menyampaikan bahwa dalam mengemban jabatan sesuai bidang tugas masing-masing, saat ini kita diuntungkan dengan adanya media sosial yang didukung aplikasi-aplikasi baru untuk merubah sesuatu menjadi lebih menarik. “Untuk itu, manfaatkan media sosial dengan sebaik-baiknya, karena apabila kita tidak mengikuti perkembangannya, maka kita akan tertinggal dalam informasi,” ucapnya
Mengakhiri sambutannya, Kapuspen TNI Mayjen TNI Wuryanto mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kolonel Inf Bernardus Robert dan Kolonel Cpl TeguhHarwanto atas sumbangsih dan dedikasi yang sudah diberikan untuk mendukung pelaksnaan tugas-tugas Puspen TNI. “Saya yakin sumbangsih tersebut sudah sangat maksimal dan dapat dirasakan oleh kita semuanya,” pungkasnya.
Adapun tiga jabatan Kepala Bidang yang diserah terimakan, terdiri atas Kepala Bidang Umum (Kabidum)dari Kolonel Inf Bernardus Robert kepada Kolonel Inf I Ketut Murda, Kepala Bidang Produksi dan Dokumentasi (Kabidproddok) dari Kolonel Cpl Teguh Harwanto kepada Letkol Arm Edwin Habel dan Kepala Bidang Penerangan Pasukan (Kabidpenpas) dari Kolonel Inf I Ketut Murda kepada Letkol Kav M. Jaelani.
