KSPI Mengadakan Konferensi PersTerkait Kematian Bayi Debora

Senin pagi 18/10 KSPI Mengadakan Konferensi Pers terkait kematian bayi Debora yang acaranya di adakan dikantor pusat DPP KSPI dan juga di hadiri oleh Presiden KSPI Sa’id Iqbal perwakilan dari beberapa perwakilan pimpinan setikat buruh daerah.
Kematian bayi Debora yang tidak mendapat pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit menghentak perhatian publik. KSPI menilai hal ini merupakan potret dari buruknya implementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional.
Untuk menyerukan agar tidak ada lagi Debora – Debora yang lain, aktivis KSPI akan melakukan aksi jalan kaki dari Surabaya – Jakarta yang dimulai pada hari Selasa tanggal 19 September 2017, dengan waktu tempuh antara 36 – 50 hari.
Terkait longmarch, hal lain yang akan disampaikan dalam konferensi Persnya adalah Mendesak Pemerintah memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap RS Mitra Keluarga Kalideres, Mendesak agar seluruh klinik dan rumah sakit diwajibkan menjadi provider BPJS Kesehatan, tanpa terkecuali. Tingkatkan anggaran biaya jaminan kesehatan melalui APBN. Pastikan 80 juta penduduk Indonesia yang belum mempunyai program jaminan kesehatan menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang ditanggung oleh negara bilamana mereka tidak mampu membayar,Hapuskan sistem INA CBGs yang menyebabkan antrian pelayanan dan biaya murah sehingga menurunkan kualitas pelayanan klinik dan rumah sakit.
Menurut ketua KSPI persoalan yang pertama terkait anggaran d beliau menjelaskan,” terjadinya depisit 6,7 triliun pertahun terkait anggaran BPJS kenapa dikarenakannya kurang pengaturan dananya satu contoh kenapa rumah sakit swasta tidak mau menjadi provider BPJS ya dikarenakan mengenai anggaran Kemudian rumah sakit tipe A disubsidi yaitu rumah sakit pemerintah, seharusnya rumah sakit swasta obatnya juga di subsidi jadi rumah swasta pun bisa ikut sebagai provider BPJS ,Jadi gunung S nya adanya di dalam masalah ini adalah anggaran ,kemudian tidak adanya ajas gotong royong banyak orang kaya yang biasanya berobat keluar negeri sekarang berobat cukup di Jakarta bisa cuci darah hanya dengan membayar 80 ribu BPJS Jadi penyebabnya itu anggaran BPJS tersedot oleh orang-orang yang mampu jadi intinya terlihat bahwa ajas gotong royong yang tidak dijalankan,” ucap ketua KSPI
Persoalan yang kedua adalah tentang keputusan DJSN seluruh rakyat Indonesia wajib mengikuti BPJS faktanya 80 juta orang belum menggunakan BPJS , dengan demikian bayi Debora akan terjadi lagi. Oleh karena itu rumah sakit swasta wajib mengcover BPJS.karena menjelang universal coverate,” terang Sa’id
Kasus Debora ini bukan yang terakhir pasti akan ada Debora yang lain jika pemerintah tidak serius untuk turun langsung terkait penanganan BPJS ini(Dede)
