Setiap individu bukan saja menjadi bagian dari visi organisasi, tetapi juga harus menjadi energi, strategi dan solusi yang membuat kemajuan atas cetak biru organisasi. Oleh karenanya, setiap individu di dalam struktur organisasi TNI wajib membangun kinerja yang tinggi untuk memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo pada upacara serah terima jabatan Komandan Jenderal (Danjen) Akademi TNI dari Letjen TNI Bayu Purwiyono kepada Laksda TNI Siwi Sukma Adji, S.E.,M.M. dan Asisten Logistik (Aslog) Panglima TNI dari Mayjen TNI Gadang Pambudi kepada Laksda TNI Ir. Bambang Nariyono, M.M., di Mabes TNI Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Jumat (29/9/2017).
Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo mengingatkan bahwa ke depan permasalahan kondisi iklim global, regional dan nasional menuntut cara kerja yang cerdas dan solid dalam bekerja sama. “Setiap individu dituntut harus bekerja dan berkembang seiring perubahan yang cepat, sebagaimana pemerintah telah menuntut kepada kita (TNI) semua “bekerja, bekerja, dan bekerja,” ujarnya.
Menurut Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo, kerja sama dalam struktur organisasi TNI membutuhkan pergerakan yang efektif, efisien dan produktif, sehingga setiap konflik kepentingan dan manipulasi jabatan dalam skala kecil apapun harus dicegah dan dihindari, agar pergerakan organisasi tidak terhambat oleh konflik internal maupun karena kepentingan pribadi.
Lebih lanjut Panglima TNI menyampaikan bahwa kemampuan untuk menjadi bagian dari struktur organisasi yang dinamis dan efektif akan menjadikan setiap individu sebagai bagian dari dinamika mesin organisasi yang unggul. “Dalam menyikapi perkembangan ini, setiap individu harus memiliki etos kerja yang mengerti dan menyadari visi dan misi besar organisasi TNI, sehingga masing-masing individu bergerak bersama–sama organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut,” jelasnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Panglima TNI mengingatkan Danjen Akademi TNI Laksda TNI Siwi Sukma Adji, S.E.,M.M., bahwa Akademi TNI memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk perwira TNI yang memiliki naluri intelijen dan taktis, disertai kemampuan akademis dan pengetahuan bagi pelaksanaan tugas-tugas TNI ke depan, seiring realitas yang berkembang saat ini dan mampu memprediksi kecenderungan ke depan.
Kepada Aslog Panglima TNI Laksda TNI Ir. Bambang Nariyono, M.M., Panglima TNI mengatakan bahwa staf logistik harus memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang manajemen logistik TNI, yang mampu mengakomodasikan hubungan antara organisasi logistik dengan fungsi utama lainnya, serta memiliki visi guna membentuk sistem logistik yang kuat, fleksibel dan responsif.
Diakhir amanatnya, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo berharap kepada para perwira untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas diri, serta kemauan untuk berbuat yang terbaik, berani, tulus dan ikhlas. “Kemajuan TNI ke depan sangat bergantung kepada kompetensi dan kemauan para perwira sekalian dalam menghadapi tantangan TNI ke depan yang semakin tidak ringan,” pungkasnya.
