Seorang Komandan KRI harus mengetahui, menguasai dan memahami kondisi peralatan dan kondisi seluruh anak buah dengan segala permasalahannya yang ada. Seorang Komandan dapat dijadikan sebagai guru, bapak sekaligus sebagai atasan bagi seluruh anak buahnya. Oleh sebab itu bersikaplah dewasa, arif dan bijaksana, cermati setiap situasi yang ada dan senantiasa mampu mengantisipasi terhadap kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang terjadi sesuai dengan perkembangan lingkungan strategis yang ada.
Demikian disampaikan Komandan Satuan Lintas Laut Militer (Satlinlamil) Jakarta Kolonel Laut (P) Hery Winarno, S.E. saat memimpin serah terima jabatan Komandan KRI Teluk Hading 538 dari Letkol Laut (P) Wendy Nizwar Rizaldi, S.Sos. kepada Mayor Laut (P) Roni, S.T., M.Tr (Hanla) di Geladak KRI Teluk Hading 538, yang sandar di Dermaga Kolinlamil, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Jumat (7/12).
Mayor Laut (P) Roni, S.T., M.Tr (Hanla) yang merupakan alumni Dikreg Seskoal angkatan 55 tahun 2017 sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kasi Dalprofmil Subdis Klaskatmil Disminpersal Mabesal. Sedangkan Letkol Laut (P) Wendy Nizwar Rizaldi, S.Sos. selanjutnya akan menempati jabatan barunya sebagai Perwira Staf Operasi (Pasops) Satlinlamil Jakarta.
Dansatlinlamil Jakarta Kolonel Laut (P) Hery Winarno, S.E. lebih lanjut menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan saat ini sangat diperlukan terlebih lagi dimasa yang akan datang. Bagi prajurit KRI, tugas dan tanggung jawabnya adalah merawat dan memelihara seluruh elemen yang ada dikapal, sehingga kapal selalu berada pada kondisi yang siap bersama awak kapal untuk melaksanakan tugas.
KRI Teluk Hading 538 merupakan kapal perang jenis Landing Ship Tank (LST) Frosch yang berada dibawah pembinaan Satlinlamil Jakarta.
Satlinlamil Jakarta bertugas membina kemampuan unsur-unsur organiknya di dalam sistem Angkutan Laut Militer serta membina dan melaksanakan tugas-tugas berkenaan dengan fasilitas labuh Embarkasi atau Debarkasi yang berkaitan dengan dukungan logistik dan administrasi dalam rangka kesiapan operasi unsur-unsurnya.
KRI Teluk Hading 538 adalah Kapal Perang jenis Landing Ship Tank (LST) Type Frosch yang memiliki berat 1,900 ton dengan dimensi 90,70 meter x 11,12 meter x 3,4 meter ditenagai oleh 2 mesin diesel, 2 shaft menghasilkan 12,000 bhp yang sanggup mendorong kapal hingga kecepatan 18 knot dan mampu mengangkut kargo hingga seberat 600 ton.
Kapal Perang yang dibuat di galangan VEB Penee Werft Wolgast, Jerman Timur, pada tahun 1977 serta diperkuat dengan persenjataan Meriam Bofors 40 mm, Kanon laras tunggal kaliber 37 mm serta Kanon laras ganda kaliber 25 mm dan saat ini berada di jajaran Satuan Lintas Laut Militer (Satlinlamil) Jakarta.
Turut Hadir pada upacara tersebut para Komandan KRI yang berada di jajaran Satlinlamil Jakarta, perwira Staf Satlinlamil Jakarta dan perwira KRI yang berada di pangkalan. (Dispen Kolinlamil)
